Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since your purchase, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. Or you have not received any product or service within 72 hours. Or the service you received is not usable, and we have tried to assist you but have not been able to resolve the issue. In that case, we will issue you a refund.
We also do not accept any other reasons for refund requests. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order information.
There are some cases where only a partial refund is available:
You have used the tools for 3 days or more or have been logged into our system for 3 days or more
You purchased a combo package and want to exchange it for a separate tools package that costs less than the combo package you purchased.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time (3 to 7 business days) before your refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. No refunds are available for discounted items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or unusable, or at your request if the tool is available on our website. If you need to exchange for a similar item, please email us at [email protected] and include the tool you need to exchange for in our Email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver shipped the order to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of the return from your card issuing bank. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the cost of a credit card return will vary.
